The translation from the last website reads:
"The flag of the municipality of Dobrich includes the following colors - white,
green and golden yellow. The coat of arms of the city is depicted on it.
The colors of the flag symbolize:
The white color - peacefulness, hard work and other virtues of Dobruja people;
The green color - the connection between the flags of the fighters for national
liberation during the Revival, the love and adoration of good citizens for their
city and Dobruja;
The golden yellow color - the fertility of the Dobrujan
plain."
