Information at
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proudly_South_African and
http://www.proudlysa.co.za; it’s not
clear to me whether the logo (and the flag containing it) was created back in
2001, or it is a later creation.
This organization’s flag can be seen
flown along a company flag and the national flag at
http://youtu.be/Iiny1GrfhYM&t=17m22s (at an Eskom facility, footage earlier
than late 2023) for a few seconds in what is likely the usual pattern.
It
is a white flag with the logo centered on it. This logo mashes up the basic
pattern of the national flag onto a roundel shape, with the green pall reshaped
as a check mark. This bears the words "Proudly South African" across the top and
is further enclosed in a thin circular line, oddly off center. These
extra-roundel additions, inked in black, are some times not present in the logo,
but they do show on the flag (at least on the one seen in the mentioned
footage).
