Standing Buffalo Dakota First Nation is located 6 miles West of Fort Qu’Appelle, Saskatchewan. Standing Buffalo Dakota First Nation are not signatories to Treaty 4 but are protected under the Indian Act.
The flag is white with the emblem centered featuring an eight-pointed star made of the Canadian and union jack flags, overlain by a buffalo head and feathers.
