The flag

 It seems that Gambler and E&F flags (maybe also Dauphin River) have the same designer. Janis guesses that E&F did not have any official flag before. He kept the black belt, because it was on the original drawing he used and it was on the band logo.

Former Flag

This flag is horizontally banded blue-white-blue with a black fimbriation and the band logo centered, but lacks the central black band.

Here is an image of the previous flag of Ebb and Flow First Nation. The current flag has an additional wide horizontal black stripe in the middle of the flag, behind the emblem (of course). Here is also one more photo of the previous flag.
