South Side Ice Boat Club

The South Side Ice Yacht Club was founded in 1937 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. That is, the southern part of Winnebago. In the case of the SSIYC, that's south of the Fox River. Its purpose was and is the promotion of iceboating and recreation on Lake Winnebago.

Again, I have no idea how, but the soft-water club of Grand Traverse Yacht Club, exchanged a standard with the hard-water SSIYC. (https://www.gtyc.com/resources/Pictures/Burgee%20Collection/DSC06969.JPG).
I've borrowed a small version as an example, but their camera shows way more detail.

An orange field, bearing an ice boat in black (either true black of brown with the orange shining through). Around the ice boat the texts "South Side" "Ice" "Yacht" "Club" and "OSHKOSH WIS".
