The flag

The flag of the City of West Branch, Michigan, a white flag charged with a city emblem:

The emblem can be seen in black and white at the bottom of the city website, www.westbranch.com. It is an unusually shaped shield, with a person's head in chief separated from the rest by a bar bearing the name "WEST BRANCH", and the rest divided vaguely per bend, with the charges seeming to be a tree stump (brown on green) and a shining bible and cross (cross red, rays yellow, field white).

This flag can be seen on photos from conferences of the Michigan Municipal League.

The flag holds a city seal, of which I found only a small image on a LinkedIn account: https://media-exp1.licdn.com/dms/image/

The seal includes a drawing of Chief Ogemaw, for whom the county is named.

The flag is still being used, as shown on this Mayor and City council page: http://www.westbranch.com/government/mayor_and_city_council/index.php
