Description of the flag

 I received from the city clerk of the City of Sioux City, Iowa, an image of the flag. According to original file name "City of Sioux City Flag 2008", I assume that the city flag is new one - adopted this year. It is a white flag with the city name written in black, and a gold star below a small letter o in Sioux.
