Description of the flag

I learned of this flag from a post last year by Valentin Poposki: https://www.facebook.com/groups/flagsoftheworld/permalink/2548402628507777/

This page from the city's website shows that the first flag was designed in 1976:
https://www.cityofsherwood.net/243/History-of-Sherwood
https://www.cityofsherwood.net/ImageRepository/Document?documentID=197

The flag has had at least 3 different versions, with different ratio (2x3 or 3x5 flags), images (relation of Robin Hood to text and overall size), and typefaces (Goudy Old Style or Garamond).
