The flag of Refahiye (photo) is white with the municipality's emblem. "T.C." stands for "Türkiye Cumhuriyeti", "Republic of Turkey"; "Belediyesi" means "Municipality".

The emblem was adopted in January 2020. The municipality organized a public contest, to no avail: the commission in charge of the evaluation of proposals did not find them relevant and proposed its own design, which was eventually adopted by the municipality.
The logo features on top the Dumanli mountains. The blue stripes represents water, emphasizing Refahiye as a a natural wonder while the lower stripes represent the place as a "green paradise".
The bee and honey comb represent the famous Refahiye honey. The orange color represents the municipality's dynamics.
