The flag of the Çınar district government is white with the government's emblem in the center. "Kaymakamlığı" means "District government".
The emblem also features the Dilaver bridge, a 16th century Ottoman monument, which connects Diyarbakır to more than 100 localities in the Karacadağ region. Obsolete, the bridge is the site of frequent traffic accidents. A petition has been tabled to the Turkish government to erect a new, modern bridge.
