The municipality of Çeltikçi (5,259 inhabitants in 2016, 2,073 in the town of Çeltikçi; 48,322 ha) is located 60 km south-west of Burdur.

The flag of Çeltikçi (photo) is white with the municipality's emblem. "Belediyesi" means "Municipality".
The rose recalls that Çeltikçi is one of the main centers of oil rose (Damascus rose) production in Burdur Province.
