Biyskiy Rayon is one of the rayons of Altayskiy Kray. There are no official symbols, as far as I know. However, there is an unofficial flag in use, which as in case of the City of Biysk is the Russian flag with name of the rayon on it.
The Rayon has 15 Village Councils: Bol'sheugrenevskiy, Verkh-Bekhtemirskiy,
Verkh-Katunskiy, Eniseyskiy, Zarinskiy, Kalininskiy, Lesnoy, Maloeniseyskiy,
Malougrenevskiy, Novikovskiy, Pervomayskiy, Svetloozerskiy, Srostinskiy,
Usyatskiy, and Shebalinskiy village council. None of them have any symbols, as
far as I know.

Biyskiy County in Altayskiy Territory is using an unofficial flag when is
needed. It is white with a red outlined heart near the end, and a text in three
rows "Moya / Rodina / Biyskiy rayon" in blue. Photo was seen on many photos on
official Biyskiy County page in vkontakte.ru.
