Shield Or, a heraldic rose Gules seeded Or and barbed Vert, issuant from base a doublemount Sable. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "VALE FLOR".
Meaning:
The arms could be considered as canting, because the rose is a flower (Port.: flor) and the space between the two peaks of the doublemount is a valley (Port.: vale).
