Shield Or, an eradicated holly oak Vert fruited Gules, flanked by two post horns Gules cordoned Vert facing inwards, in chief a bagpipe Sable, piped Gules with its tassels Gules and Azure, on base wavy Azure a barrulet wavy Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE SÃO JULIÃO DE PALÁCIOS E DEILÃO".
Meaning:
The pipes are probably representing Deilão in the new arms, and the heraldic fountain of São Julião de Palácios disappeared and might have been replaced by the base wavy.

Presentation of São Julião de Palácios e Deilão

São Julião de Palácios e Deilão Commune is one of the eight communes of Bragança Municipality introduced by the 2013 mergers and changes, when it was created anew by adding to the erstwhile Deilão Commune São Julião de Palácios; it had 400 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 80.6 km².
