According to
La
Republica, 19 September 2005, a contest among the producers of
pisco and wine in the region of Lima will be organized on 24 and
25 September in the village of Santa Cruz de Flores.
The ;“pisco flag” will be
hoisted on the main square of the village. This standard demonstrate the
importance of the Peruvian flag beverage.
