Luchtenberg, 7 May 2010Finally, I found evidence for the existence of the flag of the Borough of 
Douglas, Isle of Man. In the Minutes from 14.04.2004 there is a story that their 
sister city, Ballymoney Council, requested a borough flag for the (then) 
incoming Ballymoney Twinning Festival of Sport, to represent Douglas. The 
council decided to send two flags. From the two texts (pages 9 and 12) it seems 
that the (Corporation) flag is blue with borough crest on it. The document is

The Douglas Borough is dark blue with full borough crest (coat of arms) on
