Article 4.
The HSSG (= CDSA) has its own emblem, flag and
motto.
The HSSG (= CDSA) logo consists of a stylized drawing of two palms
forming the word "sport" in international sign language; above which is the logo
of the International Deaf Sports Committee, which combines four colors: red,
blue, yellow and green, representing the Asia-Pacific Deaf Sports Federation,
the European Deaf Sports Federation, the Pan American Deaf Sports Federation and
the African Deaf Sports Federation. Below the logo is a red-white square symbol
arranged in a double row with 5 fields, with three red squares in the first row
and two in the second row.
The HSSG flag is white, and consists of the HSSG
(= CDSA) logo in the center, with the inscription
"HRVATSKI SPORTSKI SAVEZ
GLUHIH" on the left side of the HSSG (=CDSA) logo and the inscription "CROATIAN
DEAF SPORTS ASSOCIATION" on the right side of the HSSG (= CDSA) logo
The HSSG
(= CDSA) motto is "Equality through sport" ("Equality through sport"), in Latin
"Per ludos aequalitas", which expresses the aspiration of deaf athletes for
equality.
The text of the motto is always written in both Croatian and
English.
A special regulation is issued on the use and utilization of the
HSSG (= CDSA) emblem, flag and motto.
