The municipality of Pobladura del Valle (326 inhabitants in 2009; 1,415 ha) is located in the extreme north of Zamora Province, on the border with León Province, 80 km from Zamora.

Symbols of Pobladura del Valle

The flag and arms of Pobladura del Valle are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 29 March 2003 by the Municipal Council, signed on 14 May 2003 by the Mayor, and published on 27 May 2003 in the official gazette of Castilla y León, No. 99, p. 7,757 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Rectangular flag, with proportions 2:3, made of a diagonal white stripe of 1/3 of the flag's hoist, with a red cave at 1/3 of the hoist, the triangle at hoist red and the triangle at fly blue.
Coat of arms: Argent three pales wavy azure chaussé gules a cave argent. The shield surmounted with a Royal crown closed.
