Symbols of Domingo Pérez

The flag and arms of Domingo Pérez are prescribed by an Order issued on 5 September 1991 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 11 September 1991 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 69, p. 3,180 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Panel in proportions 1:2, with a diagonal stripe chequy yellow and red, two orders, whose uppermost part matches the hoist's. The panel's upper part, blue, and the lower, white.
Coat of arms: Per pale, 1. Argent a pear tree fructed and eradicated proper, 2. Azure two caldrons chequy or and gules with three snake's heads vert on each end of the handles a bordure argent charged with ermines. The shield surmounted by a Spanish Royal crown.
