The flag of Matillas is prescribed by Order No. 33 issued on 4 February 2022 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 14 February 2022 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 30, p. 5,471 (text).
The flag is described as follows:

Flag: Flag in proportions 2:3 composed of three equal vertical flags. The central strip white, the lateral ones green, charged in the center with the coat of arms, in width 60% of the flag's width.

The coat of arms of Matillas is prescribed by an Order issued on 1 June 2005 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 10 June 2005 in the official gazette of Castille-La Mancha, No. 116, pp. 11,868-11,869 (text).
The coat of arms is described as follows:

Coat of arms: Per pale, 1a. Quarterly per saltire vert a bend gules fimbriated or and or the legend "AVE MARIA GRATIA PLENA", 1b. Azure three fleurs-de-lis or, 2. Vert a tall chimney over waves. The shield surmounted by a Royal crown closed.
