We have already discussed about this flag and mismatch it as municipal flag of Kolding, which is indeed similar.
Falck A/S is a Danish rescue service, established on 3 October 1906 by Sophus Falck, then named Redningskorpset for København og Frederiksberg A/S (Rescue Corps for Copenhagen and Frederiksborg Ltd.), later renamed De Danske Redningskorps (The Danish Rescue Corps, often called Falck-Zonen), Falcks Redningskorps and Group 4 Falck. Sophus Falck had been inspired by a fire in the royal palace of Christiansborg in Copenhagen in 1884, especially by the lack of organisation during the fire. He himself witnessed and volunteered during the accident.
By 1956 the company operated more than 100 rescue stations all over Denmark. In 1963 the company bought its main competitor Zone-Redningskorpset (Zone Rescue Corps) and was called since then Falck og Zonen. In April 1988 the company was sold to Baltica Insurance Company and in 2000 it merged with the international insurance company Group 4. Today it has four business areas: healthcare, assistance, safety services and emergency assistance. The company has 24,000 employees in 46 countries.
The flag is red displaying a white falcon.

For a municipally used flag, the charge is combined with the name Kolding. The relationship between height and width must match the national flag. Some flags are produced in the size 200 by 240 centimeters, which is a standard format of the flag. There are specific rules for the placement of logo and shield.
Colours: Flags can be made red with white drawings and text, or white with red drawing and black text as shown.
Flags A and B can on special occasions used in municipal buildings. The flags C and D may, where authorized in Technical Management applied more generally in Kolding at major public events.
