Introduction to Regional Rowing Associations and Federations

Regatta clubs have only one purpose. Thgey organise boat races. The range of a regatta club differs from a state, a region, one or more rivers down to a single location. Their members are local rowing clubs. Sometimes the regional organisation (Landesruderverband) organises races instead. Here only "pure" regatta clubs are listed.
