I cannot find any information about this pennant - any help appreciated.

The pennant uses the logo of the now defunct Deutcher Touring Club (German
Touring Car Club - DTC) from the 1950s. Their original logo is shown on
the history page of the Der Fieser Luftkühlers VW Club <http://dflvwclub.de/history.php>,
who also use the same symbol today of the Eagle and the DTC logo.
