Hattenhofen Coat of Arms

Shield Gules, issuant from base a mount Vert, on its top a house Argent with door and two windows, flanked by two trees Or.
Meaning:
After 1916 the municipalities used arms, displaying a house and one tree with a canton Argent. House and tree were symbolising a farm (German: Hof) and were considered to be canting. The canton was taken from the arms of the Counts of Aichelberg. The municipality adopted the current pattern in 1959.

The arms were confirmed and the banner was approved on 15 August 1959 by Minister of Interior of Baden-Württemberg.
