Gremsdorf Coat of Arms

Shield parted per pale, at dexter Argent a sinister pointing wing Gules with an arm of the same issuant holding a Latin crosslet Gules, at sinister Azure a demi-millwheel Argent couped per pale.
Meaning:
The dexter half displays the arms of the Michelsberg Abbey in Bamberg, which had been the manorial lord of the village and had also the local cognisance. The millwheel is representing the old local watermill, which still exists.
