Description of the flag

New Brunswick counties are non-governmental counties, so they don't have government or administration since 1966. This flag was seen in a video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wU_f3aw04RM. Its use and status is unknown.

I don't know if this flag has any widespread use, but the counties of New Brunswick are certainly still recognised by the residents. Wikipedia states, "While no longer administrative divisions, they continue to define regional communities and have many legacy functions and provincial applications. They figure prominently in residents' sense of place and continue as significant threads in the Province of New Brunswick's cultural fabric (i.e., most citizens always know which county they are in)."

Charlotte County is a well recognised region of southwestern New Brunswick.
