Description of the flag

The province of Moxos has one municipality, San Ignacio de Moxos. As a result, it appears their administration is shared, although Moxos Province has a sub-governor and so does San Ignacio de Moxos have its own mayor. Ironically, it appears the municipal government part of the administration does more administration. Considering the lack of need for a municipal flag here, it appears both the province and the municipality use the same flag, a horizontal triband of yellow-red-green.
