Presentation of Flamar

Flamar (obviously "Flanders" and "Maritime" are meant) is based in Zeebrugge. Quoting the company website:

Since 1980 Flamar offers a regular liner service for the carriage of containers and general cargo from Scandinavia, Northern Europe, Spain, Italy en Turkey to North Africa. Since 2001 Flamar has been appointed by CEC Lines Ltd. as general agents for the liner service between the North Continent, Mediterranean Ports and parcel service to the West Africa, Persian Gulf, Black and Red Sea Ports. Since August 2006, CEC Lines is known as OXL or Oldendorff Express Lines Ltd which is of course related to the well-known Lübeck shipowner.

House flag of Flamar

Flamar uses symbols inspired by the flag and arms of the province of West Flanders.
The arms-like logotype of Flamar is yellow with an upper part bearing a stylized replica of the West Flanders arms (no black though, only blue and red); in the lower part is shown a blue fishing ship; a horizontal yellow band defined by thin black lines bears the name FLAMAR.

A Flamar house flag on sale at eBay Austria in September 2006 is a swallow-tailed flag with the rays reverted (the upper one is not yellow but blue) and a lower division echoing the upper one: simple fields of blue and yellow, respectively, with the name FLAMAR (no serifs) counterchanged.
