About the district

The District of General Las Heras (14,439 inhabitants in 2022) is 100 km south of the city of Buenos Aires.

The district is named for the governor of the province of Buenos Aires between 1824 and 1826, General Juan Gregorio de Las Heras.


Description of the flag

It seems that General Las Heras has a new flag with a new logo:

The flag is in two shades of blue with the lighter shade as a narrow bottom stripe, and on the main field an atomic symbol and the name.
