Former flag of the Pan-Armenian Games - Image by Victor Lomantsov, 24 July 2002

The former flag of the Pan-Armenian Games was light blue with the emblem in the centre. The proportions of the flag are 2:1.
The emblem consists of six rings: the five rings of the Olympic flag (but with the black ring replaced with a violet one) and a sixth orange apricot ring symbolizing Armenia. The flames over the rings are red-blue-orange, like the Armenian national flag.

The flag was adopted on 17 January 2000, after the First Games, which were held in 1999, and where the flag had a pale blue background. It should then follow that this flag also flew over the Second Pan-Armenian Games, held in 2001.
