The Flag

According to http://sucre-bolivar.net/Noticias/noticia6.htm the municipal flag of Sucre (Bolivar, Venezuela) was adopted in 2009 (the year appears on the pictures illustrating the hoisting of the new flag).
The flag was unveiled by the mayor Amelia Celeste Falcon, and it had been designed by a student, Luismer Perez. The municipal anthem was played for the first time during the same ceremony.
