The seal of Middletown Township is made of two bead rings which encircles
some text. The township name appears at the top of the seal. With the county
name and state name at the bottom, separated by a dot. In between the two is the
founding year of 1692 split into two. IN the center is a Bald Eagle holding
arrows and an olive branch. The Eagle is seen taking flight above an 3D outline
of Pennsylvania. A circle with a star imprint marks the location of the
Township. A long banner surrounds most of the centerpiece. It contains Latin
text which reads "INUDSTIA, PROBITAS, INTENTUS, FRUGALITAS" or translated to
English as "INDIVIDUALITY, HONESTY, INTENT, FRUGALITY".
