The flag of Howe Township consists of a modified version of the township logo
on a white field. In the flag, the county and state abbreviations is replaced
with the motto: "The Little Township with BIG IDEAS!". Under the logo is an
added establishment date which is set on April 6, 1861, the date the township
was officially established.

county name and state abbreviations, sandwiched by two red lines. Behind the
township name is the township's municipal borders outlining a waving American
flag.
