Description of the flag

I found visual proof of the flag of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) flying from its building. The FTC was est. in 1914. The flag is sky blue with the FTC full color seal in the center. The flag is a close match to the FTC flag which I made from news photos. I think the original might be a bit lighter shade of blue than my reconstruction.
