Louisiana's Clean Marina programme has a flag shown at dnr.louisiana.gov/crm/coastmgt/interagencyaff/nonpoint/marina_cleanmarina.asp:
"The Louisiana Clean Marina Program promotes and celebrates voluntary adoption of measures to assist marinas and recreational boaters in protecting Louisiana's waters. Designated 'clean marinas' are recognized as environmentally
responsible businesses and enjoy the positive goodwill and economic feedback of being able to promote their business as: A LOUISIANA CLEAN MARINA."
The blue and white programme logo is shown on above page. It consists of the map of
the state, in blue, bearing a white compass rose in the upper part; to the left of the map is the thrice underlined state name "LOUISIANA", all in blue, above the word "CLEAN", also in blue, which is followed by "MARINA" in white, on the
map, beneath the compass rose. (Name of font unknown to me.)
As usual a certified marina will receive a flag. See it here: dnr.louisiana.gov/sec/execdiv/pubinfo/newsr/2009/0715sec-clean-marina.ssi.
