Description of the flag

The town council of Medicine Bow uses a town flag, which can be seen at https://bigfoot99.com/bigfoot99-news/medicine-bow-independence-day-will-not-have-fireworks-show/. It appears to be more of a banner than a flag, but I believe it is a flag since it appears to have two grommets, although it does look rather homemade.
