David Pawson sent me a text message to describe the flag of
Roche Harbor, Washington. Located in San Juan County, it is a
sheltered harbor and is also one of the main points of entry to the US from
Canada by sea.
I am not certain of the shape of the flag. According to David,
it is a rectangular flag. According to
https://qph.fs.quoracdn.net/main-qimg-8086f3f88a3088a5e4fdfca639d5aaf4-c and
another photo he sent, they are triangular in shape. Information is scant. Regardless of the shape of the
overall design, it is the seal of the harbor in green on a white background.
