However, I discovered yesterday that the actual flag has a white background and 
a brighter bird (https://www.flickr.com/photos/awcities/48250222701/). 
I've also found pictures of several flags that are just images made by the logo 
designers but not actual flags. This flag (and logo) appears in 2016.

A white flag with the logo centered depicting two gees flying before a mountain scene and the name below.
This is an earlier flag. I found a photo from the 2014 conference of the 
Alliance of Washington Cities and made the attached image. This is just the 
earlier logo pasted onto a white sheet.
