I have prepared two drawings of the flag with either a large or medium-sized logo. I suspect the flag at the US Capitol is more "official," because it was probably brought by city representatives, but that's just a guess.

The flag of Keller, Texas, has a white background with a gold border. In the center is an outline of the State of Texas with a horse in blue and the city name in white.
