The flag is of a very dark green background with "CITY OF / FOREST HILL (where "T" became a leaf) / SOARING FOR EXCELLENCE". First and third rows letters are yellow, the second row letters are green. All that with wider white border on all sides. It can be seen on a starting page of the official website: www.foresthilltx.org
