Description of the flag

The flag is a green field with the county arms in the center. The arms is made of two white banners with text on them. The first banners states the county, state, and founding dates. The second banner contains an unofficial slogan. Inside is the county shield, which is diagonally divided with the colors of blue, gold, green, gold. In each quadrant is a symbol of the county, which matches with the second banner's slogan, a fish for recreation, book for education, a plow for agriculture, and an arm holding a hammer for industry.
