The flag for the town of Porter, New York (located in Niagara County)
consists of a seal on a dark blue field, but there are two variants of this flag
because there are two variants of the seal. The first variant is found outside
of town hall and is mostly white. The second variant seems to be a more recent
one and has a blue center instead of white. The second flag can be spotted
indoors at the town board meetings.
