Description of the flag

I've found the flag for the village of New Hyde Park, New York, but I couldn't draw it because I couldn't get the thickness of the circle outlines quite right. Anyways, the flag consists of the town seal centered on a white bedsheet. I also found a bigger version of the village seal but it's not colored in.
