The Village of Lynbrook has confirmed that it has a flag, but it has no image, picture or documentation to send me.
Valentin Poposki, 25 March 2010
A partial image can be seen near the bottom of www.lynbrookvillage.net to
the right behind the village board. Also at www.lynbrookvillage.net/santa-09/hendri1.jpg [text at www.lynbrookvillage.net/press-releases/hendrick19yrs.html].
The flag is a light blue with the village seal in dark blue, white, and gold. The seal can be seen at the top of www.lynbrookvillage.net/index.htm (archived here). There's also an image at secure.lynbrook.k12.ny.us/westendwebsters/images/lynbrook%20seal.gif. The seal shows the outer ring with LYNBROOK at top USA at bottom and 12 stars at the sides (note split 7-5, not 6-6) The inner portion of the seal has an image which may be the Village Hall on a map of the village.

In addition to the partial view linked above, there is another partial view, from a different angle, at liherald.static.adqic.com/uploads/original/1277307107_75ea.jpg. Despite the lack of image from the Village we can see that their flag is light blue with the village seal in the center.
Ned Smith, 10 August 2010
The flag features the village seal, which includes a shield with a map of
Long Island and the Dutch motto "Een Draght Mackt Maght” which means “In Unity
There is Strength.”
Photos of the flag are on the village mayor's
Facebook page.
