The flag is white with the name in large dark blue letters, two dolphins above that, and seven signal flags spelling out WELCOME below.
Beach Town Flags aren't official and are most likely just unofficial flags
meant for people from those towns to represent their pride or something.
Also
while surfing through the city's Facebook, I found an image of what appears to
show the city's coat of arms on a white field as it's former flag.
