The city of McClusky in North Dakota has a centennial flag, adopted for centennial activities in 2005. As is stated in its website at www.mccluskycentennial.com/merchandise.htm, "Centennial Flag - An 8" x 12" double-sided flag with the Centennial logo on a white background. 24" staff."
