Description of the flag

McDowell County is sandwiched between The "Unifour" [Hickory-Lenoir-Morganton MSA], and the Asheville Metropolitan Statistical Area. McDowell County's flag is something we might expect from a Florida County. The flag is a white background with a green saltire and county seal centered. Special thanks to Patti S.
