Description of the flag

The Neighborhood Theatre Project, a theatre company in NYC, has been developing a work called The Willmar Project. Photographs were taken in Willmar and included a good one of the flag.

The flag is interesting in that it includes the names and flags of two of Willmar's sister cities: Frameries, Belgium, and Vileyka, Belarus.
