Description of the flag

The flag of the City of Wayne, Michigan, was seen at the 2010 Michigan Municipal League convention. The parade of flags is documented at Flickr, including this flag: a blue flag with yellow seal and fringe: www.flickr.com/photos/michigancommunities/5016861173/. The seal as displayed on the city website, www.ci.wayne.mi.us/index.shtml, shows a family of two adults and two children in front of city buildings, with a bordering ring inscribed "WAYNE – MICHIGAN" (top) and "PEOPLE, PRIDE AND PROGRESS" (bottom), separated by a star on each side.

Attached is my drawing of the flag in the 2015-17 photo. The seal on the 2011 version has a few differences from the later version and is slightly simplified.
