Description of the flag

Among the Michigan Municipal League's 2009 convention picture, I identified the flag of the City of AuGres.

The field is Light grey (204-204-204) G- (but could be darker given the lighting of the flag) with all in pink/light purple from top down: a logo obscured at the top, "CITY OF" below that, a bar next, "AuGres", another bar, "MICHIGAN", and last "EST. 1906"
